Baby Miranda is doing well and is now strong and much more well-feathered. She has put on a few escapades which has earned her the nickname of Houdini- first she disappeared down our kitchen ventilation chute, and then crawled into my desktop printer! Yesterday I caught her trying to eat the notes on my desk. What a character! She is whistling now but still hasn't said any words yet. She's also strong enough to fly for a half meter or so, so soon it will be time for a little clip-a-clip: I don't want her to fly away. Now that both of us are studying and working, we decided to hire a widow in the neighborhood to cook and clean for us. Her name is Siddica. So far, it has been a 100% improvement.
